Very very alpha version.
Now open SIG-files (any file splitted by specified length) and DPO-files (first two bytes of each frame interpret as length).
Allow view bytes as decimal, HEX, symbols, bits, inverted bit and graphical(bits as pixel).
Realized just one future - calculation CRC of selected block.
Written in c++, with Qt and boost.
